Register as a new patient

New patients are warmly welcome at our practice. You can easily register by filling out the form on this page.


After your registration, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email to schedule an initial appointment. During this intake, we will take the time to discuss your dental background, general health, and personal wishes. This will be followed by an initial check-up.


If you have a file with your previous dentist, you can request it in advance. When recent X-rays are available, additional imaging can often be avoided.


If any treatments are needed, we will schedule them at a later time in consultation with you.
