With more than 45 years of experience in orthodontic treatment, Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Mondzorg Haveneiland. During his career, he has run his own orthodontic practices and trained dentists to carry out orthodontic treatments.

Dennis has been a trusted member of our team for three and a half years. Drawing on his extensive experience, he helps patients improve the alignment of their teeth, with attention to both a beautiful smile and a well-functioning bite.

Danilo Di Vico

Danilo has many years of experience as a dentist, including eight years in emergency dental care. He also has experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery. This background has given him extensive experience in treating a wide range of complex dental problems. At Mondzorg Haveneiland, his work includes complex root canal treatments, surgical procedures and implant dentistry.

Danilo is a calm and attentive dentist who takes time for every patient. He listens carefully to your wishes and concerns, explains the treatment options clearly and gives you space to ask questions. If visiting the dentist makes you feel anxious, his personal approach helps you feel at ease.

Koralia Diamantopoulou

Koralia has been a familiar face at Mondzorg Haveneiland for three and a half years. Her commitment and personal attention help patients feel at ease as she works with them towards a healthy mouth.

Alongside her work as a dentist, Koralia is studying periodontology at ACTA in Amsterdam and expects to complete her training in the coming months. Her particular interest is the health of the gums and the tissues supporting the teeth: the foundation of a healthy mouth.

She listens to your wishes and concerns, explains the treatment options clearly and guides you in improving and maintaining your oral health with a careful approach and attention to your comfort.

Kubra Andas

Kubra works as a general dentist at Mondzorg Haveneiland. She was born in Amsterdam, graduated there and has four years of experience as a dentist.

Kubra believes it is important that you understand what happens during treatment. With clear explanations and strong communication skills, she guides you through the treatment options step by step. She listens to your questions and wishes and discusses which approach best suits your teeth.

Her approachable and caring manner creates a pleasant atmosphere in the treatment room. Whether you visit for a check-up, treatment or advice, she is happy to help you work towards a healthy mouth with confidence.

Iwa Jawahery

Iwa is a familiar face at Mondzorg Haveneiland. With twenty years of experience in dentistry, she brings extensive knowledge and personal attention to our practice. She graduated from ACTA in Amsterdam and also completed a research-focused minor. Her advice and explanations are based on scientific insights, which she shares in an accessible way.

Iwa has a particular interest in implant dentistry and periodontology. As a dental hygienist, she focuses on caring for the gums and keeping the tissues around teeth and implants healthy. Do you have questions about your oral health or a treatment? Iwa is happy to take the time to answer them.

Her calm way of working and warm approach also help anxious patients feel at ease. She listens to your concerns and explains what she is doing step by step.

Iwa also enjoys working with children and does so with patience. She gives them time to settle in and makes treatment as comfortable as possible. In this way, she helps patients of all ages work towards a healthy mouth with confidence.

Ellen van Dam

Ellen is a familiar and welcoming face at Mondzorg Haveneiland. Her many years of experience as both a dental assistant and a receptionist bring considerable knowledge and dedication to our practice. She greets you with a smile and is happy to help you arrange appointments and answer your questions.

At reception and in the treatment room, Ellen sees the person behind the patient. She understands that a dental visit can feel daunting and takes time to reassure you. With her warm manner and personal attention, she helps you feel welcome and at ease.

Anda Birleanu

My name is Anda Birleanu, and I really enjoy working as a dental and preventive care assistant. I have several years of experience in dentistry and have gained extensive experience in treating and supporting patients independently.

As a preventive care assistant, my main focus is on improving and maintaining good oral health. I provide personalised advice and instructions on oral care and enjoy helping patients keep their teeth and gums as healthy as possible.

It is important to me that patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. That is why I take the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly and work together towards a healthy, beautiful smile.

I speak Dutch, English and Romanian, which allows me to support and advise patients in different languages.
