Cost for Missed Appointment

If you miss an appointment, we will charge a fee under the code C90. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurance company. The amount of the costs depends on the planned treatment. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours before the appointment, we will try to fill your reserved time. If successful, we will only charge for the unfulfilled remaining time.
